They come packaged in a sturdy, durable, corrugated cardboard shipping boxes.

If it breaks in the post (very rare!), we will replace it for you free of charge (contact us for terms, but basically, just send us a picture of the broken mug)

Our coasters measure 90mm x 90mm x 3mm thick and are square. These coasters have a curved smooth edge to them, with no hard sharp angles.
Your chosen design will be 100% waterproof and no amount of hot coffee will rub it off!
